We use two mold methods! Scale forming and hand shaping.
Scale forming is best suited for high demands on cast surfaces and tolerances, and is best suited for medium to large series.
Scale forming is a form method that was developed back in the 40's for its possibility of good surfaces, tight tolerances and wide repeatability.
Here we use exclusively digitally milled model equipment in metal. This allows us to manufacture geometries that were previously not possible, such as thin-walled steel castings, down to 3 mm. One can advantageously manufacture cores using this method. Form surface, up to 690x440 mm, weights up to about 70 kg.
Hand moulding is used, preferably on details where the requirements greater detail is desired. It performs well on details, up to 800 kg, in our facility.
